ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

By the amendment of the Company Law, Cap.113 published today, on 4^th of November 2011, an electronic signature may be accepted by the COMPANY REGISTRAR regarding to all forms, certificates, minutes or other documents which are presented or sent to the Company Registrar for registration or issued by the Company Registrar. CONDITION: The Company Registrar shall previously approve the usage of this method of signing documents.

Where the use of electronic signature takes place it shall be considered the same as handmade signature for the purposes of any criminal or civil procedure. It will be also considered that the person who used this way of signing document knows the context of the document.
